You can revoke the contract within 14 days and then return the goods received. The revocation can be exercised without giving reasons, and is therefore not bound by any prerequisites. The declaration of revocation must be exercised in writing within a period of 14 days from receipt of the delivered goods. The deadline is only granted if the receipt of the written declaration of revocation is received by Gigas Nutrition on time. To do this, contact our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com

Dietary supplements are subject to a limited right of return, as are medical aids and food.

We only take back these goods if they are unused and in the sealed original packaging.

If you use or consume these goods or part of them, you are obliged to accept them.

For legal and hygienic reasons, a return can only take place if you have only inspected the goods; so

  • Not open,
  • not used,
  • not consumed,
  • not needed
  • have not altered, broken or opened the product seal

Products must be returned to Gigas Nutrition at the customer's expense. All goods must be insured by the customer. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the returned merchandise by Gigas Nutrition, Returns Order. Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable. If goods are not insured and are lost or damaged during return shipment we cannot guarantee a refund.

Specialty items (free bars, t-shirts, etc.) must also be returned if the associated item is returned. A refund cannot be guaranteed if these items are not returned.

Damaged or wrong shipments

Should it ever happen that you have received a damaged shipment or an incorrect item from us, please email our support service at info[at]gigasnutrition.com within 24 hours. The customer must report transport damage in writing, by e-mail, no later than 24 hours after receipt of the goods. He must also notify Swiss Post of this in writing within 24 hours. Otherwise, Gigas Nutrition cannot grant any right to rectification.
